2018 yılından bu yana düzenlenen “Erasmus Günleri” etkinlikleri, bu yıl 14-15-16 Ekim 2021 tarihlerinde gerçekleşecek. İstanbul Büyükşehir Belediyesi Enstitü İstanbul İSMEK, etkinliklere, düşük seviyede dijital becerilere sahip mavi yakalı meslek çalışanlarının dijital becerilerini geliştirmeyi amaçlayan Level Up Projesi ile yer alacak.
Avrupa Birliği’nin eğitim, gençlik ve spor alanlarında faaliyet gösteren “Erasmus + Programı” kapsamındaki projelerin görünürlüğünü arttırmak amacıyla 2018 yılından bu yana her yıl Ekim ayında düzenlenen “Erasmus Günleri” (ErasmusDays) etkinlikleri, bu yıl 14-15-16 Ekim 2021 tarihlerinde gerçekleşecek.
Türkiye ile birlikte tüm Avrupa’da çeşitli görünürlük, yaygınlaştırma ve bilgilendirme faaliyetlerinin gerçekleştirildiği Erasmus Günleri etkinliklerine, 2020 yılında 84 ülke katıldı. Türkiye, 656 etkinlikle, en çok katılım sağlayan ikinci ülke oldu. Bu yıl da tüm Avrupa’da yararlanıcı kurumların çeşitli etkinliklerle kutlayacağı Erasmus Günleri’nde İBB adına, Hayat Boyu Öğrenme Müdürlüğü bünyesindeki Enstitü İstanbul İSMEK, Level-Up projesiyle yer alacak.
Erasmus + Level Up Projesi
Enstitü İstanbul İSMEK, Erasmus Günleri etkinliklerinde, düşük seviyede dijital becerilere sahip olan mavi (veya pembe) yakalı çalışanların dijital çağa adapte olabilmelerini ve dijital becerilerini geliştirmelerini sağlayacak Level Up Projesi ile yer alacak. İlk toplantısı Aralık 2018’de yapılan Level Up Projesi; İstanbul Büyükşehir Belediyesi’nin koordinatörlüğünde, yurt içinde Türk İş Dünyası Konfederasyonu (TÜRKONFED) ve İstanbul Valiliği ile yurt dışında İspanya, Portekiz, İngiltere ve İtalya’nın ortaklığıyla hayata geçirildi.
Üretimde ve hizmet sektöründe birçok işin artık tamamen dijital ortamda yapılması sebebiyle sıkıntı yaşayan çalışanların, proje ile hem kendilerini geliştirmeleri hem dijital çağa ayak uydurmaları hem de bu gelişmeler sayesinde çalışma hayatlarında daha verimli olmaları hedefleniyor.
Arama motorlarının etkin kullanımından Google tabloların kullanımına, dijital ortam etiğinden dijital kimlik yönetmeye kadar pek çok önemli eğitim, Level Up projesi ile öğrenmeye, kendini geliştirmeye meraklı mavi yakalılarla buluşacak. Platform 19 Kasım 2021 tarihinden sonra halkın kullanımına hazır hale getirilerek; Türkçe, İngilizce, İspanyolca, İtalyanca, Portekizce dillerinde kullanılabilecek.

INSTITUTE ISTANBUL İSMEK TAKING ITS PLACE AT ERASMUS DAYS EVENTS WITH the LEVEL UP PROJECT
“Erasmus Days” events, which have been held in October every year since 2018 in order to increase the visibility of the projects within the scope of the “Erasmus + Program” operating in the fields of education, youth, and sports of the European Union, takes place on 14-15-16 October 2021 this year.
“Erasmus Days” events, which have been held in October every year since 2018 in order to increase the visibility of the projects within the scope of the “Erasmus + Program” operating in the fields of education, youth, and sports of the European Union, will take place on 14-15-16 October 2021 this year.
In 2020, 84 countries participated in the Erasmus Days events, where various visibility, dissemination and information activities were carried out across Europe, including Turkey. Turkey became the second country with the most participation with 656 events. Institute Istanbul İSMEK, which continues its activities under the Lifelong Learning Directorate will take part in the Erasmus Days, which will be celebrated by the beneficiary institutions all over Europe with various events, with the Level-Up project on behalf of IMM.
Erasmus + Level Up Project
Institute Istanbul İSMEK will take part in Erasmus Days events with the Level Up Project, which will enable blue (or pink) collar employees with low digital skills to adapt to the digital age and improve their digital skills. The Level Up Project, the first meeting of which was held in December 2018, has been implemented under the coordination of Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality, in partnership with the Turkish Business World Confederation (TÜRKONFED) and Istanbul Governorship, and abroad with organisations located in Spain, Portugal, the UK, and Italy.
With the project, it is aimed that the employees, who are experiencing difficulties due to the fact that many works in the production and service sector are now performed in a completely digital environment, both improve themselves and keep up with the digital age and become more productive in their working lives thanks to these developments.
Many important training contents, from the effective use of search engines to the use of Google tables, from digital media ethics to digital identity management, will meet with blue-collar professionals who are keen on learning and self-development with the Level Up project. The platform will be made available to the public after 19th November 2021, and will be available in Turkish, English, Spanish, Italian and Portuguese languages.
