Enstitü İstanbul İSMEK, AB Komisyonu tarafından belirlenen “Erasmus+ BLAST!” projesine eğitimle destek verecek. Proje, iklim ve çevre konularında gençlere ve gençlik çalışanlarına bir dizi eğitimler verilerek, konuyla ilgili farkındalığı yüksek bireyler yetiştirilmesini hedefliyor.
Küresel ısınmanın yol açtığı iklim değişikliği son yılların en önemli çevresel sorunları arasında başı çekiyor. Konunun uzmanları, sıcaklıklardaki artışa bağlı olarak su kaynaklarının hacminde ve kalitesinde azalma, kara ve deniz buzullarının erimesi, deniz seviyesinin yükselmesi, dünya genelinde yaşanan sel felaketleri, kuraklık ve orman yangınlarının gelecekte daha da şiddetli olacağının göstergesi olduğunu savunuyor. Gelecekte bu tür felaketlerin daha büyük boyutlara ulaşmaması için tüm dünyada uluslar bazında önlemler alınabileceği gibi bireysel birtakım önlemlerin de faydalı olacağı düşünülüyor.
Amaç, Öncü Bireyler Yetiştirmek
Avrupa Birliği (AB) Komisyonu tarafından belirlenen “Erasmus + BLAST” (Fostering Social Inclusion through Blockchain for Sustainability (Sürdürülebilir Gelişim İçin Blok Zincir Aracılığıyla Gençlerin Sosyal Katılımının Teşvik Edilmesi) isimli proje de bu konuda farkındalık oluşturmayı hedefliyor. Projeyle, AB Komisyonu’nun belirlediği sürdürülebilir kalkınma hedeflerinin gerçekleştirilmesi amacıyla iklim ve çevre konularında gençlere ve gençlik çalışanlarına bir dizi eğitimler verilmesi ve böylece iklim ve çevre konularında farkındalığın artırılması için öncü bireyler yetiştirilmesi amaçlanıyor. Proje kapsamında uluslararası toplantılar yapılarak, gençlere yönelik eğitim programları geliştirilmesi ve gençlerin bu eğitimlerden istifade etmelerinin sağlanması ön görülüyor.
Projeye Eğitim Desteği Enstitü İstanbul İSMEK’ten
İstanbul Büyükşehir Belediyesi İnsan Kaynakları ve Eğitim Daire Başkanlığı/ Hayat Boyu Öğrenme Müdürlüğü, proje ortakları arasında yer alıyor. Yetişkin eğitimi alanında İBB Hayat Boyu Öğrenme Müdürlüğü bünyesinde faaliyet gösteren Enstitü İstanbul İSMEK de ortak kurum olarak projeye eğitim desteği verecek. Instituto De Soldadura E Qualidade (Portekiz), Future in Perspective Limited (İrlanda) ve Inthecity Project Development (Hollanda), projenin diğer ortakları arasında yer alıyor.
Proje kapsamında Türkiye’de bir adet eğitim etkinliği gerçekleştirilecek. Eğitim etkinliği “eğitici eğitimi” şeklinde olacak ve İBB Enstitü İstanbul İSMEK öncülüğünde organize edilecek. Proje kapsamında, her ortak ülkede, ortak kuruluş tarafından çoğaltıcı etkinlik gerçekleştirilecek. Türkiye adına İBB ve Enstitü İstanbul İSMEK iş birliğiyle, projenin ve faaliyetlerinin kurum dışı kişilere tanıtılması amacıyla bir çoğaltıcı etkinlik düzenlenmesi planlanıyor.
ENSTİTÜ ISTANBUL İSMEK IN ERASMUS + BLAST PROJECT
Enstitü Istanbul İSMEK will support the "Erasmus+ BLAST!" project with training. The project has been funded by EU Commission and Irish National Agency (LEARGAS). The project aims to train young people and youth workers with a high level of awareness on the subject by providing a series of trainings on climate and environmental issues.
Climate change caused by global warming is one of the most important environmental problems of recent years. Experts on the subject argue that the decrease in the volume and quality of water resources due to the increase in temperatures, melting of land and sea ice, rising sea level, flood disasters, drought and forest fires across the world are indicators that will be even more severe in the future. In order to prevent such disasters from reaching larger dimensions in the future, it is thought that some measures can be taken on the basis of nations all over the world, and some individual measures will also be beneficial.
The Goal: Raising Pioneer Individuals
The project called "Erasmus + BLAST (Fostering Social Inclusion through Blockchain for Sustainability)", funded by the European Union (EU) Commission and LEARGAS, aims to raise awareness on this issue. With the project, it is aimed to provide a series of trainings to youth and youth workers on climate and environmental issues in order to realize the sustainable development goals determined by the EU Commission, and thus to raise pioneer individuals to raise awareness on climate and environmental issues. Within the scope of the project, it is foreseen to develop training programs for young people by holding international meetings and to ensure that young people benefit from these trainings.
Educational Support for the Project from Enstitü Istanbul İSMEK
Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality Human Resources and Education Department / Lifelong Learning Directorate is among the project partners. Enstitü Istanbul İSMEK, operating under the IMM Lifelong Learning Directorate in the field of adult education, will also provide training support to the project as a partner institution. Other partners of the project are University College Cork, National University of Ireland (Ireland), Instituto De Soldadura E Qualidade (Portugal), Future in Perspective Limited (Ireland) and Inthecity Project Development (Netherlands).
Within the scope of the project, one training event will be held in Turkey. The training event will be in the form of “training for trainers” and will be organised under the leadership of IMM Enstitü Istanbul İSMEK. Within the scope of the project, a multiplier event will be held by the partner organization in each partner country. On behalf of Turkey, a multiplier event is planned to be organised in cooperation with IMM and Enstitü Istanbul İSMEK in order to introduce the project and its activities to the relevant target group.
